On October 13, the Commission submitted its Draft Regulation amending the restriction annex (Annex XVII) to the Council and European Parliament. The Council decided that it would not oppose the Draft Regulation, hence adopting the inclusion into Annex XVII of restrictions for acrylamide, diphenylether, pentabromo derivative and perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS).
